Ours is a turbo charged work environment where passion runs high. We are an equal opportunity workplace and summarily apolitical. Here roles are offered with no cap on one’s ability to own responsibilities and demonstrate leadership capability. Candidates should be ready to travel and may be required to stay at project locations for a short duration

Digital Storytelling on Ending Gender-based Violence

The Digital Storytelling initiative, including workshop, titled, ‘Ending Gender-based Violence: One Story at a Time’, is being undertaken by the U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata, American Center, Silence Speaks and banglanatak dot com. Two webinars have been held on 27 and 29 March at the American Center. They were conducted by Amy Hill Lenita of Silence Speaks. The workshop is scheduled from 16 to 20 April at the same venue.

There are 24 participants from Assam, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Bangladesh. All videos made by the participants during the workshop will be screened at a film festival on Friday, 21 September. After the workshop, participants will be encouraged to work together to submit to the festival two more videos from each respective zone – Jharkhand, Assam, West Bengal and Bangladesh. Virtual guidance will be provided for developing the videos on the theme ‘Ending Gender Violence’. The best two films will get cash awards also as recognition.
