Ours is a turbo charged work environment where passion runs high. We are an equal opportunity workplace and summarily apolitical. Here roles are offered with no cap on one’s ability to own responsibilities and demonstrate leadership capability. Candidates should be ready to travel and may be required to stay at project locations for a short duration

Rallying students against trafficking & child marriage

Swayangsiddha aims to trigger student and youth-led action against trafficking in persons (TIP) and child marriage. Undertaken in association with UNICEF, the initiative is being supported by the West Bengal Government and West Bengal Police. Launched on 18 July, 2017, it is covering 118 schools in the district of South 24 Parganas within 31 August. The next phase, covering 72 more schools, will start after the Puja festivities. The objective is to sensitize students about the various ploys and tactics of human traffickers and their agents as well as the dangers of underage marriage. This can help them to remain alert and combat the twin menace, safeguarding the rights of girls and children. The campaign has already yielded results. Quite a few youngsters provided crucial leads to the police that led to the arrest of traffickers.
