Ours is a turbo charged work environment where passion runs high. We are an equal opportunity workplace and summarily apolitical. Here roles are offered with no cap on one’s ability to own responsibilities and demonstrate leadership capability. Candidates should be ready to travel and may be required to stay at project locations for a short duration

Swayangsiddha is an initiative to encourage youth-led action and partnership to combat human trafficking and prevent child marriage.

The Swayangsiddha Sammelan (convention) on 9 February, 2018, was held at Rabindra Bhawan in Diamond Harbour. The meet aimed to create a platform for school-level Swayangsiddha Groups to share their experiences as change-makers. It also aimed to disseminate knowledge about different areas and issues to empower the youngsters to carry forward their action to the next level. The meet encouraged adolescents to express their thoughts, opinion and ideas through positive talk, and art and cultural performances. Interactive sessions were conducted to generate awareness on education, health, legal literacy, heritage and culture, and online safety.

The meet was attended by senior women police officers, officers of the state police’s CID as well as headmasters and teachers of different schools.

Till 9 Feb, 2018, Swayangsiddha’s outreach had covered nearly 25,000 young people across 200 schools in the district of South 24-Parganas.
